Charming in Chief Creative Director Christopher Bailey of the House deals with “Time” the irreversible phenomenon, revealing the spectacular Burberry Spring 2018 Ready-to-Wear collection.
Christopher Bailey, after spending seventeen years surprising the crowds, has abandoned Burberry’s well-known, all-time style for the sake of the House’s creativity. The house managed to keep the spirit alive under its wings by doing something unique. What many are jealous and admired is that the entire collection represents creatively and all the collections of Burberry to date. The unchanging past, Burberry’s present and creative burberry future.
Bailey took his last chance to show his incredible support at a crucial moment in the diversing society by supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.
The Fashion Show was consisted partly of fashion, art (and the element that could not be missed) laser lighting screens, as the models parted in well-known Burberry jackets, capes and tops, combined with gorgeous dresses and elegant bomber jackets. The collection also included rainbow-inspired clothes proving homosexual pride, support for LGBTQ community rights and mental health. Cara Delevingne closed the show by wearing a royal, seamless rainbow style coat followed by the rest of the models.
